FOREWORD

‍ ‍
‍ Childhood birthdays were excuses for elaborate, uniquely themed parties, long before I had the words for experiential design. That instinct led me to study architecture, where I discovered how space can tell stories.

Since then, I've worked on haunted houses, immersive theater, retail displays, large-scale props, art installations, and parade floats, eventually bringing the same principles of immersion and narrative into digital experiences. Most recently, I've found unexpected joy in creating deep fakes and historical forgeries, a skill I assure you will only be used for entirely benign, creative purposes.
